Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We ship all across the UK! Standard shipping takes 2–3 business days. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all subscription orders and orders over £30. For one-off retail orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.
How does the monthly subscription work?
It’s healthy snacking on autopilot. When you subscribe to our 250g or 1kg bundle packs, we automatically roast, pack, and ship your seeds directly to your door every 30 days. You lock in permanent savings (up to 20% off) and ensure your pantry is never empty.
Am I locked into a subscription contract?
Not at all. You have total control. You can pause your deliveries, skip a month (perfect if you're traveling), change your pack size, or cancel entirely at any time. Just log into your account dashboard—no phone calls, no contracts, no hidden fees.

Where are your pumpkin seeds sourced?
We are incredibly proud to say our pumpkin seeds are 100% English sourced. Unlike supermarket brands that import seeds from thousands of miles away, we partner directly with British farmers. They are grown, harvested, and crafted right here in the UK.
What does "small-batch crafted" mean?
It means your seeds aren't sitting in a massive factory silo for months losing their nutrients. We roast and prepare our seeds in limited, carefully monitored runs. This artisanal approach guarantees absolute freshness, flawless quality control, and a far superior, crisper crunch when they arrive at your door.
Are your pumpkin seeds raw or roasted?
We offer both! Our raw seeds are perfect for baking and meal-prep, while our custom-roasted seeds are gently prepared to lock in flavor and maximize that satisfying crunch without degrading the delicate, healthy fats inside.

🔄 Refunds & Returns
What is your return policy?
Because our pumpkin seeds are a perishable food product, we cannot accept physical returns or exchanges once a package has left our facility due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
However, your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If there is an issue with your order (e.g., it arrived damaged, or you received the wrong item), please contact our team at hello@crunchlab.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a quick photo of the issue, and we will immediately arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Can I get a refund if I don't like the taste?
We have spent months perfecting our small-batch roasting protocols, and we are incredibly confident you'll love the CrunchLab crunch. That said, taste is highly subjective. While we cannot issue refunds simply for personal taste preferences, we highly recommend trying one of our single 250g Retail Packs before upgrading to the heavy-duty 1KG Family Packs or standard subscriptions!
How long do refunds take to process?
Once our team approves a refund, it is processed automatically back to your original payment method (Stripe, credit card, or Apple Pay). Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically reappear in your account within 3 to 5 business days.
Can I refund or cancel a subscription order after it has shipped?
You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time via your user dashboard. However, once a monthly subscription order has been processed and dispatched into the Royal Mail system, that specific month's order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Any cancellations made after a dispatch notification will apply directly to the following month's cycle.
